عقدت لجنة التنظيم المحلية في بلدية غزة اجتماعا تمهيدا برئاسة رئيس بلدية غزة د. يحيى السراج، وذلك بعد توقّف دام نحو عامين بسبب حرب الإبادة، في إطار جهود البلدية لإعادة تفعيل العمل المؤسسي وتنظيم الإجراءات بما يخدم المصلحة العامة.
وحضر الاجتماع إلى جانب رئيس البلدية نائبُ رئيس البلدية تامر الريس، وعددٌ من أعضاء المجلس البلدي، ومساعدُ مدير عام البلدية لشؤون التنظيم والتخطيط الحضري م. عماد عوض، إلى جانب الطاقم الفني لإدارة التنظيم.
وبيّنت البلدية أنّه سيتم ابتداءً من هذا الأسبوع استئناف عقد اجتماعات اللجنتين الفنية والمحلية بشكلٍ أسبوعي، لدراسة الطلبات والمعاملات الواردة واتخاذ القرارات اللازمة لتسهيل إنجازها.
وأكدت البلدية أنّ إعادة تفعيل اللجان جاءت في ظلّ زيادة عدد المعاملات والطلبات الواردة من المواطنين، وتنامي الحاجة إلى رأي فني وقرار تنظيمي، في إطار تنظيم العمل وتحسين جودة الخدمة، وتلبية احتياجات المواطنين.

Local Planning Committee at Gaza Municipality Prepares to Resume Its Meetings
The Local Planning Committee at Gaza Municipality held a preparatory meeting chaired by the Mayor of Gaza, Dr. Yahya Sarraj, following a suspension that lasted nearly two years due to the war of genocide. This step comes as part of the municipality’s efforts to reactivate institutional work and regulate procedures in a manner that serves the public interest.
The meeting was attended, alongside the Mayor, by Deputy Mayor Tamer Al-Reis, a number of Municipal Council members, the Assistant Director General for Planning and Urban Development, Eng. Imad Awad, as well as the technical staff of the Planning Department.
The municipality stated that, starting this week, both the technical and local committees will resume holding weekly meetings to review submitted applications and transactions and to take the necessary decisions to facilitate their processing.
The municipality emphasized that the reactivation of the committees comes in response to the increasing number of applications and requests submitted by citizens, and the growing need for technical assessments and regulatory decisions, as part of broader efforts to organize work, improve service quality, and meet citizens’ needs.
