Occupation Forces Kill Engineer and Injure 3 Workers from Contracting Company Working on Water Well Rehabilitation in Al-Zeitoun Neighborhood
The Israeli occupation forces targeted a "state" water well at the intersection of Aoun Al-Shawa Street "8" and Saladin Street in Al-Zeitoun neighborhood, southeast of the city, resulting in the martyrdom of engineer Suhayb Suhail Attallah and the injury of three workers employed by a local contracting company who were working on the well's rehabilitation.
The Municipality affirms that the occupation's targeting of civilian facilities, particularly water wells, exacerbates the severe water shortage the city is experiencing. Gaza Municipality reiterates its call on all international organizations and human rights organizations to intervene urgently and provide protection for civilians and workers in civilian facilities.
