تواصل بلدية غزة أعمال فتح الشوارع المغلقة بفعل الركام، بالتعاون مع اللجنة القطرية لإعادة إعمار غزة – المساعدات القطرية – ضمن جهود تسهيل الحركة وتمكين المواطنين من العودة إلى منازلهم، وإزالة الركام من الشوارع.
وأوضحت البلدية أن الأعمال تجري حالياً لفتح الشوارع في المنطقة المحصورة بين شوارع كمال ناصر، وخالد الحسن، وفلسطين، وسعيد العاص في منطقة الرمال الشمالي، فيما تم إنجاز فتح عدة شوارع وإزالة الركام منها وتسويتها، أبرزها: شارع صلاح خلف المعروف بالشارع الثالث، وشارع عمر بن الخطاب، وشارع غسان كنفاني، وشارع عون الشوا، وشوارع أخرى في المدينة.
وأكدت بلدية غزة أن نقص الآليات والمعدات الثقيلة يشكّل العائق الأبرز في عملية فتح الشوارع، مناشدةً المنظمات الدولية ضرورة التدخل وتوفير الاحتياجات الطارئة للحد من الكارثة.

Gaza Municipality Continues Efforts to Clear Streets Blocked by Debris
Gaza Municipality continues its work to open streets blocked by debris, in cooperation with the Qatari Committee for the Reconstruction of Gaza – Qatari Aid – as part of efforts to facilitate movement, enable residents to return to their homes, and remove debris from the streets.
The municipality clarified that work is currently underway to open streets in the area bounded by Kamal Nasser, Khaled Al-Hassan, Palestine, and Saeed Al-As Street in the northern Al-Rimal area, while several streets have already been cleared and leveled, including Salah Khalaf Street, known as the Third Street, Omar Ibn Al-Khattab Street, Ghassan Kanafani Street, Awn Al-Shawa Street, and other streets across the city.
Gaza Municipality affirmed that the shortage of machinery and heavy vehicles remains the main obstacle in the street-clearing process, calling on international organizations to intervene and provide urgent supplies to mitigate the crisis.
