بلدية غزة: نقص قطع الغيار والزيوت يهدد الخدمات بحالة شلل تام

أكّدت بلدية غزة أن نقص قطع الغيار والزيوت اللازمة لتشغيل وصيانة الآليات والمعدات يفاقم الأزمة الراهنة ويهدد الخدمات الأساسية بحالة شلل تام. وجدّدت البلدية مناشدتها للمؤسسات الدولية بالتحرك العاجل وتوفير هذه الاحتياجات لمنع تفاقم الكارثة الإنسانية.
وأوضحت البلدية أن تأثير نقص الزيوت وقطع الغيار والوقود يمتد إلى جميع الخدمات البلدية الحيوية، بما فيها خدمات المياه والصرف الصحي، وفتح الشوارع، ورفع الركام، وجمع وترحيل النفايات. وذلك لأن هذه الخدمات تعتمد على مولدات الديزل والآليات الثقيلة التي لا يمكن تشغيلها وصيانتها دون توفر زيوت التشحيم وقطع الغيار الأساسية.
وبيّنت أن الندرة الحادة في الزيوت وقطع الغيار والوقود أدّت إلى شلل في قدرات البلدية وتوقف عدد من آلياتها عن العمل، فيما بات باقي المعدات والآليات مهدَّدًا بالتوقف التام في أي لحظة، خاصة في ظل تدمير نحو 85% من آليات البلديات خلال الحرب. كما أفضى ذلك إلى زيادة الاعتماد على آليات القطاع الخاص، الأمر الذي يُثير مخاوف من انهيار منظومة إدارة النفايات بشكل كامل.
وطالبت بلدية غزة المجتمع الدولي بضرورة التدخل العاجل وتوفير الاحتياجات الطارئة للبلدية، وتمكينها من الاستمرار في تقديم الخدمات الأساسية. وحذّرت من أن استمرار الأزمة وعدم توفير هذه الاحتياجات قد يزيد من تفاقم الكارثة الإنسانية التي تشهدها المدينة.

Gaza Municipality has affirmed that the shortage of spare parts and lubricants necessary for the operation and maintenance of machinery and equipment exacerbates the current crisis and threatens essential services with complete paralysis. The Municipality has renewed its appeal to international organizations for urgent action and the provision of these critical supplies to prevent further escalation of the humanitarian disaster.
The Municipality clarified that the impact of the shortage of lubricants, spare parts, and fuel extends to all vital municipal services, including water and sanitation services, street opening and clearing, debris removal, and waste collection and transport. This is because these services depend on diesel generators and heavy machinery that cannot be operated and maintained without the availability of lubricating oils and essential spare parts.
The Municipality further noted that the acute scarcity of lubricants, spare parts, and fuel has resulted in the paralysis of municipal capacity and the cessation of operations of a number of its machinery and equipment. Meanwhile, the remaining equipment and machinery face the threat of complete shutdown at any moment, particularly given the destruction of approximately 85% of municipal machinery during the war. This has also led to increased reliance on private sector machinery, raising serious concerns about the potential collapse of the waste management system.
Gaza Municipality has called upon the international community to undertake urgent intervention and provide emergency supplies to the Municipality, enabling it to continue delivering essential services. It warned that the continuation of the crisis and the failure to provide these supplies may further exacerbate the humanitarian disaster faced by the city.
